Volunteers needed for Migrant Worker Health Fair
Cycle Transitions will be helping out at the Migrant Worker Health Fair put on by the New Canadians Centre in partnership with Northumberland Community Legal Centre and Horizons of Friendship. This event will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church on Elgin Street on Tuesday, August 14 from 6 to 9 pm.
Cycle Transitions
will be donating 3 bicycles that will be given as prizes, and we will assist participants with checking over their bike as well as instructing them in how to make minor repairs. We’ll have tools, stands, etc. there to help out with that.
We need some volunteers to help out that evening. If you are able to assist, please email Cycle Transitions to let us know.
