Our shop will be closed from December 20 to January 4, re-opening again Saturday, January 5.  We’re looking forward to seeing you again in the new year!

The Annual General Meeting for Cycle Transitions’ parent incorporation – Go Green Together  (GGT) – has been scheduled for Friday, October 12, 7pm at the Cat and Fiddle Pub on Covert St in Cobourg. In addition to addressing this past year’s business – President’s Report, Financial Report, Can-Bike Report and electing new directors – we’ll have the opportunity to socialize together.

If you are interested in becoming a director on the Board of Directors and are a member in good standing of Cycle Transitions, please send a note to Bruce Bellaire (brucebellaire@gmail.com) or Rick Nonnekes (rnonnekes@gmail.com).  The GGT Board of Directors’ main purpose is to oversee the operations of Cycle Transitions (CT); CT has flourished in its new location, more than doubling membership and being busy than ever.  Consider joining the Board to assist in this exciting endeavour!

PS – we will have some light food and refreshments but you will also be able to order drinks.  Be aware that the Cat and Fiddle is “cash only”.

As of September 1, Cycle Transitions will revert to “off-season” hours of operation.  This means we will be open one evening (Wednesday) and one morning (Saturday) each week.  We will continue to be closed for all holiday weekends.

Off-Season Hours of Operation:

Wednesdays – 6:30pm to 9pm

Saturdays – 9am to noon

This is a reminder that Cycle Transitions is closed for all long weekends and therefore will not be open this Saturday, August 4 or Monday, August 6.  We will re-open on Wednesday, August 8.
