Cycle Transitions will be closed for two weeks over the Christmas holidays – the weeks of December 19 and 26. We re-open again Wednesday January 5.

Here’s a reminder that, as always, Cycle Transitions will not be open this holiday weekend. We will be open again next Wednesday evening for those of you who need to do some servicing or repair of your bicycle.

Cycle Transitions will be reverting to “Off-Season” hours as of Friday, August 27. Our Off-Season hours are as follows:

Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 9pm
Saturday mornings from 9am to 12noon

We invite members to make use of the shop during these times. COVID restrictions continue to apply: a maximum of 7 persons in the shop at one time, all persons must wear a mask and are asked to socially distance.

With the end of the summer, we thank our student employee, David Burn, for his great work. David has been a significant and effective part of our efforts to provide services and facilities to the Cobourg cycling community. We wish him all the best as he heads off to Teacher’s College for the fall semester. Based on what we’ve seen, David will become an excellent teacher!

As we do for all statutory holidays, Cycle Transitions will be closed for the Civic Holiday weekend. This includes Saturday, Julu 31. We will re-open again Tuesday, August 3 for our usual hours of 4:30 to 8:30pm. Enjoy the holiday!
